The app works well for me most days and is easy to use. I just wish the setup process was a little faster. Has anyone else had the same issue with setup taking longer than expected?

I liked the idea of the lovebox. It’s cute. But the personalization options felt limited. There were a few choices, but nothing that felt very flexible.
I wanted it to feel more personal as a gift. Instead, it felt like I was picking from the same few options as everyone else. Nice product overall. Just not really worth it for me.

I ordered from lovebox.love and the shipping was just kinda average. It said it would show up in a few days, but mine ended up taking a little longer then expected.

The tracking was also slow to update, so for a bit I had no real idea where the package was. Not a huge deal, but it was definitley a little annoying while waiting.
It did arrive in good shape though, so I can’t complain too much. I just wish the delivery was quicker, or at least more clear about when it was actually coming.

It’s cute, but I thought it was going to be more affordable than it turned out to be. The way it came across made it seem like a better deal, so I felt a bit misled. Not terrible, just pricier than I expected.

I bought the Lovebox for my partner, it was really sweet at first. It worked fine and they loved the little messages, so in that way it definitely did what I was hoping for. I just kind of expected it to feel a little more solid for the price, I guess.

After a few months, the lid started feeling loose and the little heart doesn’t spin quite as smoothly anymore. It still works, so it’s not like I regret buying it exactly, but I keep thinking it should’ve held up better, especially since it’s such a cute concept and..

To be fair, the screen is actually nice. It’s clear, bright enough, and messages show up really well. Some of the tiny icons can look a little soft at times, but that’s not a big deal for me. Overall, it’s easy to read and looks cute sitting on the table.

It’s really cute and I do like how it looks, but I was a little disappointed that it needs to be plugged in the whole time to work because I kind of expected it to be more convenient and easy to move around without worrying about keeping it near an outlet.

I bought this for my long distance girlfriend, i really wanted to like it. I’m not saying it’s a terrible idea or anything, because it is cute in theory, but it just didn’t end up being very useful for us. Sometimes the messages were delayed, and the app felt a little clunky to use. For what it costs, I expected it to feel more special and reliable. We gave it a fair shot for a few weeks, but eventually just stopped using it. Maybe it works better for other couples, but for us it wasn’t really worth it

I got this so I could send little notes to my girlfriend in France, and it’s been really sweet!!! Setup was easy, and the app worked fine even though I’m in a different country!!! Sometimes the notifications feel a little slow, but the messages still came through, so no big issue there!!! Such a cute idea!!! I just wish the shipping info had been a bit clearer!!!

The lovebox is really cute and it works the way it’s supposed to, so that’s nice. I just wasn’t expecting it to feel quite this light, I guess. The wood feels a little flimsy and the lid doesn’t exactly scream sturdy. It’s not terrible or anything, I’m calm, but for the price I did think it would feel a bit more solid

Ordering was more frustrating than it should’ve been. The site was slow, and the checkout page kept jumping around while I was trying to finish. I did get the order placed, but it didn’t feel fair to customers to make such a basic part of shopping that annoying

So... this looks so lovely on my shelf. The design is really cute, and the colors are even nicer in person.

I like using it because it doesn’t feel like my messages are just sitting out there for anybody to see. I’m not super technical, but the whole thing feels locked down, and it’s easy enough to use without messing around too much. Basically, it gives me some peace of mind.

I really wanted to like this, especially since it made it sound like the daily messages would be fresh and something to look forward to. But after a little while, they got repetitive and boring, and then the glitches started showing up too. It just feels like another app that promised a better experience than it actually delivered.

Support would reply, but the messages were super short and didn’t really give me a clear update. I had to follow up more than once just to figure out what was going on, lol. it was frustrating and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I really wanted to like this because the idea is cute, but it just ended up making me feel more lonely. It kept lagging, and sitting there waiting for it to respond was really frustrating. Kind of disappointing overall.

I loved this box at first, but lately every software update seems to break something new. Messages take forever to load, the app keeps disconnecting, and support basically just says to "wait for the next update." It’s gone from something I really liked to something that’s just "annoying" to deal with now.

I like the idea, but the message delivery was all over the place. Some showed up hours later, and a couple just never arrived at all. With these kinds of apps, it always feels like the one thing they need to get right is the thing that doesn’t work. It kind of ruins the whole surprise part, especially for the price. I was expecting better.

I got this as a gift, i had a good feeling about it when I saw it, but her reaction was even better than I expected. As soon as the little heart started spinning, she smiled right away and then read the message twice, which pretty much told me I picked the right thing.

Setting it up was simple and didn’t take much time at all. It just has that sweet, personal feel, like something you’d actually want to keep around at home instead of a gift that gets forgotten. Really happy I went with my gut on this one.
